Strathmore Home Inc. is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York. In compliance with New York State Real Property Law Section 442-h, our brokerage has instituted the following Standardized Operating Procedures under the leadership of NY State Lic. R.E. Broker Glenn Messineo.

These prerequisites must be met by all prospective homebuyers prior to receiving services from our firm or any of our associated real estate licensees.

Our corporate headquarters is located at 6 Bridle Ln., Glen Cove, NY 11542. These procedures are uniformly applied by our agents across all regional markets we serve, in New York State.

📋 Prerequisite Requirements for Prospective Homebuyers

Please be advised that Strathmore Home Inc. enforces the following business policies for any homebuyer looking to tour, view, or submit offers on residential real property:

  1. Prospective Client Identification: Prospective homebuyers are not required to show formal photo identification to receive services or tour properties with our agents. (Please note that independent third parties, such as property sellers, building management boards, or listing brokerages, may still request identification for open houses or private showings).
  2. Exclusive Broker Agreements: A signed Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement is required before touring properties or receiving buyer representation services from our licensees. This ensures clear alignment with national consumer protection practices and transparent compensation parameters.
  3. Pre-Approval / Proof of Funds: Prospective homebuyers are required to provide a valid mortgage loan pre-approval letter or verifiable proof of funds prior to submitting any official purchase offers through our brokerage.
